We were delighted to be invited by HPower, the organisers of the Olympia International Horse Show, to produce the Souvenir Programme and manage sales of the bespoke publication again at this year's event.

The Olympia International Horse Show is one of the highlights of the equestrian calendar and is a fantastic opportunity to see world-class horsemanship. In fact, it is the only UK Show to host all three FEI World CupTM Qualifiers in Dressage, Show Jumping and Driving. The Show is also a perfect opportunity to get in the festive spirit with hundreds of shops to buy Christmas presents, as well as the famous Christmas Finale which is bound to get you in the mood for the upcoming festivities.

Not only did Newhall design and produce the Souvenir Programme as well as manage advertising sales, our Event Sales Team were at the venue to manage sales of this bespoke publication.

We were also able to support another of our clients - The Pony Club - with the marketing materials on their stand at the event.

Olympia was a great way to conclude 2018 and we look forward to what 2019 has in store.

To find out about upcoming projects with our equestrian clients or to see how we can help with your event, please contact our Business Development Director Richard Woolliams either via email at richard.woolliams@newhallpublishing.com or better still give him a call on 07903 700 485. The Giants are coming to Liverpool  and Wirral for the first time – for four days in early October. When they last visited the city in 2014 for ‘Memories of August 1914’, over one million people attended the event. This year, the Giants’ visit is expected to be Liverpool’s biggest ever event in what will be a highlight of Liverpool 2018 – a year-long programme of events celebrating the 10thanniversary of the game-changing European Capital of Culture year.

Newhall is providing its complete service to the city council’s Culture Liverpool team throughout the process, in line with its excellent track record of working with prestigious clients to achieve successful publications and events. Newhall’s friendly and professional event sales and fulfilment teams will manage some sales of the programme on both sides of the Mersey during the event. While Newhall’s in-house editorial and design teams will be working with Culture Liverpool to create high quality, crafted souvenir publications that will be enjoyed long after the Giants have left the city.

Newhall Publishing, although operating across the whole country, is based in the heart of the Wirral. A family-owned company, it employs local people to work in partnership with a national client base to provide a full publishing, marketing and communications service.

The Liverpool 2018 programme is a programme of exciting, inspirational and thought-provoking projects which will shine an international spotlight onto the incredible cultural hub Liverpool has become.  Bringing together international artists, performers and homegrown talent which has emerged over the last decade, the year will see more than 40 events and festivals will take place in and across the city region, including firsts, one-off spectacles and some returning, crowd-pulling favourites. The Liverpool 2018 events programme is supported by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority with £5 million from the Single Investment Fund.

Newhall has donated £3,000 to the Disaster Emergency Committee’s Myanmar emergency appeal through the Big Give.

In recent weeks, half a million people – mostly Rohingya women and children – have fled from violence in Myanmar. Coming from Rakhine state they are seeking refuge in neighbouring Bangladesh, where there is an urgent need for basic supplies such as food, water, shelter and medical care.

Disaster Emergency Appeal (DEC) brings together 13 leading UK aid charities in times of crisis and has launched this much-needed emergency appeal in an effort to help with this quickly developing humanitarian catastrophe. Newhall Publishing has donated £3,000 to the appeal which will be match-funded through the Big Give. In addition, the UK Government has announced it will match pound-for-pound the first £3 million donated by the public to this appeal, so all donations will have a huge impact for those affected.

Newhall Publishing has donated to the Grenfell Tower Appeal through the Big Give Foundation, which will be match funded, doubling the amount raised for this very important cause.

In the aftermath of the fire which devastated Grenfell Tower, hundreds of people have been left homeless and deeply affected. The Kensington & Chelsea Foundation began the Grenfell Tower Appeal on June 14 to raise some much-needed money that will be used to provide emergency and ongoing support for all those affected by this tragedy.

With the full scale of this tragic event still unfolding, so far the appeal has raised over £1.75m. Newhall Publishing is proud to donate £10,000 to be doubled through theBigGive.org.uk and we would encourage others to help in any way they can.
