Andrew joined the family business in 1982 as a director and
by 1985 was managing director of Newhall Publications Limited.
In 1989 he became Managing Director of the Newhall Group,
which embraces publications, marketing, commercial properties and investments. Andrew oversees the running of the successful and profitable business, which since 1962, is proud to have donated in 
excess of £55.5 million to various health charities and community
projects. Andrew maintains a day-to-day, hands on, role and is at the forefront of developing the Newhall business.

Christine ensures we all keep our feet on the ground – which is no
mean feat with so much enthusiasm coming from all quarters. For the last 15 years, first as finance director and then joint managing director, Christine has safeguarded the Newhall business and, working with the other directors, maintained profitability, ensuring the business remains true to the Company’s values.

Richard has more than 25 years experience driving profitable marketing initiatives, business development and promotional event co-ordination for clients and membership organisations. Richard has that rare ability to build lasting partnerships with clients who recognise and appreciate his outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, his boundless creativity and his refreshing, no-nonsense approach.

Joint Managing Director

Bryan is one of the family, literally. Together with Chairman, Andrew Douglas, he owns and, along with the other directors, runs Newhall as
a family business. Bryan’s experience covers the business management spectrum and he was a key player in the development and launch of Core Contact in 2008 and continues to oversee the development of this growing Newhall service.

Likes: The Lake District, the first G&T on holiday and Indian food.

Anita is a highly experienced editor, scheduling magazines and managing the production process from sourcing and overseeing printers, negotiating prices and creating production schedules to keep us on track to meet deadlines. With a real eye for detail, Anita edits and proofreads all pages through the several stages of production. She is also the managing editor of Boughton's Coffee House magazine, a revamped trade magazine for the coffee industry produced by Newhall Publishing.

Likes: Eating out, cooking (especially if I can spend the whole day in the kitchen) and the perfect gin and tonic.

Calm and unflappable, Gareth has 13 years of experience creating stunning designs for clients – whatever the specialised subject matter.

He has a keen eye for detail, is a fantastic creative talent when it comes to redesigning magazines and is hugely experienced at ensuring consistency across individual titles.

With 34 years’ experience in the print and publishing industry,
Andrew has ‘seen it all’. Keeping the team up-to-speed with the
latest technology, he monitors Newhall’s quality assurance of conventional and digital published media. Andrew manages our
web and mobile device development and publishing, working
with the creative team to ensure content is presented in the most
effective way. His team also oversees large format printing in-house, providing further support and value for money for clients.

Debbie is a dynamic and accomplished editor, writer and editorial consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in the sector. From developing creative concepts with clients to overseeing editorial teams and redesigns as well as hands-on commissioning, writing and editing of copy, Debbie works tirelessly to deliver a fantastic end result.
Her attention to detail and inexhaustible supply of ideas as well as ability to movivate and guide talented people to produce engaging editorial with beautiful images mean new projects are always in good hands.

Katherine Rednall

Katherine joined Newhall in 2018 after completing a degree in Fashion and Textiles, and now works on projects such as Olympia International Horse Show, Autosport International and Boughton’s Coffee House Magazine. Alongside this, Katherine represented England in the recent Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast in the sport of Lawn Bowls where she achieved a Bronze medal which came shortly after defending her World Ladies Singles title for the third time. Due to her commitment within the sport for a number of years, Katherine has a lot of experience within UK sport and Sport England which has allowed her to build good relationships within the sporting sector.

Gaynor has been overseeing and running payroll for the last 28 years and she took on the role of HR and Payroll Manager in 2003. It is imperative for her to work with good organisation to ensure staff are paid correctly and on time each month. As HR Manager, Gaynor aims to ensure all of Newhall’s staff are happy within their working environment which leads to a well motivated and productive team.

that we produce. From front cover to back, he ensures the
product looks fresh, enticing and meets the client’s objectives.

Before joining Newhall, Darren has held a number of roles as a
designer, an art editor and an art director – in both publishing,
in-house and design agency environments.

Tracey’s experience comes from many years as a picture and commissioning editor. With a bubbly, can-do attitude, Tracey commissions photographers and sets up and oversees all
photographic shots for magazines and digital. From initial briefs,
she researches all images and photography for each client project, negotiating all reproduction rights and working to agreed budgets.

of the event is fulfilled. With the Candis editorial team, Victoria co-ordinates events including the Candis Outstanding Family Award.
